Llandaff Annual Regatta

Rowing started at Llandaff Rowing Club at the end of 1946 with the first regatta held in 1948. The annual Llandaff Regatta is usually held over the second weekend in July. Saturday’s event is over 1,000m whilst the Sunday is the 500m sprint. Raced on the River Taff.

British Club’s attend our regatta from all over the country, and we occasionally have crews coming from the other side of the world.

Llandaff Regatta is held under the rules of British Rowing and events run in accordance with the British Rowing’s Rules of Racing and Water Safety Code.
